Do you offer group or wedding room blocks?

Can I check-in early or check-out late?

Late check-outs and early check-ins are not guaranteed, but can be requested by contacting our front desk staff at (740) 788-1200.

How old do I need to be to reserve a room?

You must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.

What are the check-in/checkout times?

Check-in is at 4PM and checkout is at 11AM.

I booked my stay through a third-party website. How can I make changes to my reservation?

Please reach out directly to the customer service team of the third-party booking platform you used to make your reservation.

Do you require a deposit or incidental hold?

A valid credit card is required at check-in. A $100 authorization hold is placed for incidentals and is released at checkout. Processing times may vary by bank.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cash payments are not accepted. A valid credit card is required at check-in for room payment and incidentals.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before arrival by 4:00 PM local time without penalty. Certain packages, special events, and holiday stays require cancellation at least seven days prior to arrival. Specific details are provided at the time of booking.

Do you offer connecting rooms?

Yes. Connecting rooms are available upon request but cannot be guaranteed. Requests are accommodated based on availability at check-in.

What is your pet policy?

Well-behaved, potty-trained dogs under 50 pounds are welcome to stay in our designated dog-friendly rooms. A $75 cleaning fee applies per five days of stay. Dogs are not permitted in food and beverage areas, the pool, fitness center, ballrooms, lobby, or courtyards. All dog-friendly rooms are located on the lower level and face the lawn side of the hotel. Guests with service animals are exempt from the fee and restrictions above.

Yes, every room has a mini fridge for your convenience.

Do you have handicap accessible rooms?

Yes, we have rooms that offer accessible features ranging from wheelchair-friendly room layouts, roll-in showers, bathroom grab bars, and we gladly welcome your service animal.

Cribs and Pack ’n Plays are available at no cost. Rollaway beds are complimentary and can be requested in suite-style rooms only.

Do you offer daily housekeeping?

Housekeeping service is provided every three days during your stay. Guests who prefer daily service can call the front desk to request it.

High speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel and is included as part of your booking.

Do you offer transportation from the hotel?

At this time, we do not offer transportation. There are several options if you need a ride to the hotel, from the airport or elsewhere, that our front desk would be happy to assist you with.

Do you have to be a guest to use the pool or fitness center?

The pool and fitness center is restricted to hotel guests only.

Do you have a pool?

Yes. The indoor heated pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Yes. The fitness center is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests must be at least 18 years old to use the facility.

Do you have a spa?

We do not have a full-service spa, but we offer select wellness amenities and can recommend nearby spa services upon request.

Do you have EV charging stations?

No, EV charging stations are not currently available on-site.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes. Complimentary self-parking is available for all guests.

Do you have laundry services or guest laundry?

We do not offer laundry service or guest laundry facilities.

Do you have vending or ice machines?

We have ice machines located throughout the hotel, and additional ice is available at the front desk. Vending options are available in the lobby market.

Is breakfast included with my stay?

Breakfast is available daily at Craftsman Kitchen & Terrace from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. While it isn’t included in every rate, guests can add breakfast to their stay with our Bed & Breakfast package for just $5 per person.

Do you serve brunch or lunch?

Yes. Craftsman Kitchen & Terrace offers weekend brunch and no regular lunch service except through Crafted Carryout. Crafted Carryout is our convenient takeout option that allows guests to order freshly prepared meals from Craftsman Kitchen & Terrace, then pick them up to enjoy in their room, on the terrace, or anywhere around the hotel.
